The delicate dance of anti-depressants merging with your life. When you rely on a passion for many different things but it’s the same thing that makes things more difficult. I had to relearn something that was always effortless. I always “felt stuff” whether that was my own emotions, the emotions of people around me. The emotions in the air. Passion was my motor; until it wasn’t. I had to recalibrate. You’re in a position that made me feel like the Jerry Seinfeld joke that sports fans are just “rooting for laundry.” And ironically enough it was around that time when I became completely uninterested in professional sports. Maybe Jerry was right, but it sort of misses the point.
